I tend to see more in 2.0 areas, and it all but goes away in the 3.0 areas. I've also noticed a lot more "say" spam in the major cities, near the aetherytes. 1. WebFF14 is pretty well known for its absolute SHIT community tools in terms of privacy. No way to appear offline, no way to change your name and hide from people.
