Web2 okt. 2011 · I would not advise buying any current models of M&S sofas. I have had a terrible issue with a Marks & Spencer Abbey sofabed in Boston Leather. The frame has bent/collapsed. It has been well looked after and even the FIRA report that says it has no manufacturing faults says it is in A1 condition.

Fabric on cushions irreversibly wrinkled and large gaps between the cushions (that also lack support) and sofa just a few weeks old. M&S customer service process in response to our complaint has been poor and via a third party agent, FIRA.
