WebI am not sure as to whether it is the FDA or the CDC that determines the timing of boosters here in the USA, but for the CDC to meet in April is a hopeful sign. The FDA did approve novavax as a covid vaccine booster, so it would seem like the CDC would be ok with it too, and determine it to be distributed to all despite prior vaccinations status.
