WebThis happened on the rear pad of my headset. I ended up peeling all the rubber off - it was a bit slow and a bit messy process - but there was nice, soft cloth underneath. I need to be a little more careful about not getting it sweaty going forward but it's actually softer and cooler than the rubber. WebI recently saw the Sony teardown of the PSVR headset and noted the part where the engineer pointed out that the lenses are 'glued' into the housing.
