WebHi everyone. I followed the TCB course for my 8 month old starting 10 days ago. For context I nursed her to sleep in a rocking chair all her life and she majorly protested sleep training. Last feed now ends 30 minutes before she is in the crib. The first night went ok, 2nd night was very difficult, then the following nights were a mix. WebApr 10, 2024 · Baby boy was always a great night sleeper. Sleeping through the night by around 12ish weeks and could put himself back to sleep if he woke up. Naps were terrible but we didn’t mind. By 6 months we were putting him in his crib awake and he would put himself to sleep. And his naps started improving when we dropped to 2 naps.
